This is the second pair of shoes I purchased and I am equally impressed by the quality of material and the fit - very comfortable. They look true vintage and have great style. Love them. As with previous review it would be great to have more of the standard width shoes available in wider fit then I could purchase more but unfortunately standard would be too tight. Keep up the good work.

I purchased these along side another pair and was worried that they would not fit someone with a wide foot. I needn't have worried, these fitted perfectly and are so comfortable. Everything about this product is excellent, from the packaging and styling to the quality. Now I know what will fit well for me I will be purchasing more this coming year. Thank goodness for Memery, bringing the past back into the future, style and comfort for those who have an affinity with the 20s,30s,and 40's.

Lovely shoes but I had to get non slip soles put on as they were smooth leather and had no grip at all Wish I'd waited a couple of days for the Black Friday sale and I would have saved £30.
Hi Bernadette. Thank you for your review of your new Marie oxfords, we're pleased to hear you like them. Our shoes are made with leather soles, just like they were back then. Usually, after a couple of walks on asphalt or gravel path, they become less slippery. But I'm glad to hear you found a solution with non slip soles. When there is a sale, you're always more than welcome to write to our customer service, then we'll figure something out.

I got these along with another set of shoes, these ones I wore for my wedding back in June. They were super comfy and looked beautiful, even if you couldn't see them under my dress too much!

Gorgeous shoes! Fairly comfortable, but they do need breaking in. Would love these in green . . .

Our shoes and boots are made of full grain leather, and after a few wears they will soften up and take shape after your feet and hopefully become the most comfortable shoe you've every owned.
