Return & Refund Policy (how to return?)

First of all - I want you to be happy:) I want to make it possible to try memery shoes at home.

That’s why I have free shipping, free return and money back guarantee if you can’t fit the shoe.

That simple.

My Return & Refund Policy is below:

👉 Full refund or exchange within 100 days of purchase.

👉 All UK🇬🇧 customers can return or exchange for free. You will get a return label af you done the registration.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

❗️ All orders placed before August 14th 2024 will not be eligible for a return label. However, I will provide you with a voucher to cover the return cost

You will the receive all information about the return/exchange and can follow the progress in you return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Remember Track and Trace. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But I do have free shipping back to you, if you want to change to other size.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
