Classic 1940s style Derby shoes.

This shoe is inspired by everyday styles from the 1940s. It features an almond-shaped toe and a handmade perforation pattern. The low heel provides comfort and stability, making it ideal for daily wear. The shoe is made from exceptionally soft full-grain leather.

The leather outsole offers flexibility and breathability, and the shoe is fastened with cotton laces.

Soft silicone under the leather insole adds extra comfort, making the shoes very comfortable to wear.

The shoes are handcrafted.

The shoe box includes an extra pair of laces and a set of plastic toplifts.

Brown 1940 style shoe

I bought these for a VE day celebration. They were very comfortable and went in well with my 1940 style clothes and wig. I can wear them again with trousers and jeans as they are expensive to buy.

Beautiful and comfortable

Choosing the right size using the chart given on the website was very easy and satisfying - I ordered 3 pairs on my first order and all of them fitted me perfectly. The shoes adapt very quickly to the feet, are comfortable to wear all the time and match my outfits well.

Love these shoes. I was apprehensive about the sizing as my measurements put my foot right at the top of my size. My foot tends to be a little wide so I went up a size to have room. Nope too big. Sizing measurements to the shoe are pretty accurate. I returned the shoe for the size down. Perfect fit. Comfortable too. I stand all day for work and can wear these without any discomfort. Normally I wear a size 7.5- 8. My foot length measurement is just above 9.7 inches. I bought the size 38 or size 7. Fits perfectly.

Amazing!!

I got these shoes for dancing and so far they have been really great. They fit perfectly and are beautifully made. I danced on them for the first time recently and they were comfortable for the several hours I wore them. Definitely will be buying another style soon!
