I was unsure if these boots would be comfortable, since generally my other Victorian and Edwardian replica shoes admittedly aren’t the most comfortable shoes to wear for a long period of time. Those are from far the best vintage shoes ever. Great look and before all, perfect size with a wide option. There are confortable as no shoes before. It was really worth waiting, no kidding

I am in love with these boots already. These shoes are comfortable, practical, and stylish to boot. I wore them to a dinner, a night out, then the next day, and my feet had absolutely no complaints. They seem to be holding up very well in the scuff department, and I am excited to see how these bad boys go in the long run (I did purchase the leather care so hopefully that helps preserve these beauties even longer). I've been getting more into vintage fashion lately, and the shoes really do complete the look. Have gotten many many compliments on them already :)

...and probably not the last one :) So, although I usually go for round or square toes, I decided not to size up, which made some breaking in at the front necessary, as I had expected. No need to fear the heel, definitely; it's perfect for comfort and elegant posture. Unfortunately, no self-lacing utensil included :)

Very nice boots for autumn. It looks vry nice even o my wide feet. For consideration - it takes time to lace up th boots, but otherwise for me boots are perfect.

Definitely the most beautiful and comfortable boots I’ve ever worn and their quality is just unbelievable. If the boots first appear a little too tight don’t worry, they will adapt really quickly to your feet. They do need some time with the laces, but it actually gets a lot faster as you get used to the process and it’s just so much worth the extra five minutes. I also cherish that these shoes are made to last so they come with extra laces and rings. Thank you so much, it’s really a dream came true! 💛

These are the second pair of shoes I have bought from Memery and they won't be the last. As with my first order they arrived on schedule with excellent packaging. The boots themselves are lovely, a tad tight over the top of the foot (before the lacing starts) but as they are leather they will stretch with wear. I bought the size 7's having used the online measurement guide and am very happy with them - though I wouldn't be able to easily wear very thick socks with these boots. (I can wear anything between a 6 and 7 depending on shoe style from other shops so I would recommend using the guide Memery provide). I will say that one thing I did not consider when buying these is the length of time they take to put on (and take off) - these are not quick boots by any means but are very very cute so are worth the time. I've already worn these to and from London and was comfortable in them - so around 5 miles of walking and 12 hours of wear. I imagine when they are broken in a bit they will be even better over long periods of time like this.
