Super lækre støvler, som bare er SÅ behagelige at have på.
Den første gang tager det dog noget tid at få bundet større op, så man kan komme i støvlen 😉

Vores støvler er baseret på originale designs fra starten af 1900-tallet, så de tager lidt tid at snørre, men vi lover det bliver nemmere med tiden. Støvlerne i mørkebrun er virkelig fine og farven er lige det, jeg ønskede. Jeg købte dem først i den almindelige model, men de er ret smalle, så jeg fik dem byttet til den brede model, som var bedre til min fod. De er ret besværlige at komme i og ud af, da de skal snøres (de er jo kopier af støvler fra 1900-tallet). Men da jeg skal bruge dem til pænt brug er det helt okay. De ville dog ikke fungere for mig til hverdagsbrug, pga tiden det tager at snøre dem

Tak for din fine anmeldelse af vores Ruth støvler, det er dejligt at høre at du er glad for dem og du fandt en størrelse der passede dig perfekt. Da de er lavet efter originale støvler fra 1910'erne, tager de som du siger lidt tid at komme ind og ud af, men det bliver nemmere jo flere gange man gør det. Vi har også en video på vores Facebook og Instagram, hvor vi viser hvordan man nemmest snørrer edwardianske støvler, hvis du har brug for lidt guidening. Hilsen Ditte
I have 4 pair now. That way I am not without when I wear them down and need repaired. I can rely on taking a new pair out of box and wearing for 13 hours at work. Stylish, get compliments. Looks great with jeans, pants & my kilt.
One suggestion would be quieter rubber heel- my coworker thinks they are loud on tile floor. The ones I have had repaired I have had them change to quieter material

We appreciate your suggestion about the rubber heel - the reason we have added a more hard heel is because they don't get worn down as easily as a softer rubber heel. I've been eyeing a pair of these for a good long while and was never brave enough to buy (shipping to Australia is usually awful and takes ages). "Impulsively" (if you can call longingly staring at the listings for two years before making a purchase "impulsive") bought a pair as a birthday treat to myself and they're wonderful. I didn't realise from the photos on the website, but they are lined with a sort of canvas that is so beautiful and looks very historical.
I was initially quite nervous about the sizing (I'm a 38 but sometimes size up, and Australia returns seem like a nightmare etc.), but decided to just go with what size my foot measurements matched with. Put them on, went "oh no I think they're too small!", stressed about it, put them on again and realised no, actually, they are the perfect size. Wore them to work as a first outing and that was just proven: super comfortable, no rubbing, no blisters, perfect. Trust the sizing!!

I love these boots! They’re very comfortable and sturdy, and make me realise I have never had shoes that fit me so well (I normally get size 3 but size 2 being available was perfect). They look so stylish and can go with anything, I’ve had so many compliments on them!

They're really comfortable and fit like a glove! I love them.
My only concern is the solidity of the sole; but that's fixable.

The perfect boot I have been long awaiting for. Sizing is perfect, the leather is soft, and the boots feel like slippers. And of course they look great as well. Extremely happy.
